As a certified organisation Design Professional from Cornell University, along with a continuing AI in Leadership education from ISB, I am adept at Org Design integrated with AI.
• Psychometric Assessment & Debriefs: Professional administration and interpretation of industry-leading psychometric tools (MBTI, FIRO-B, Belbin, Hogan, eDiSC, PAPI) to unlock team dynamics, emotional intelligence, and leadership potential.
• Executive Coaching & Mentoring: Bespoke sessions for leaders, as well as mentorship for high-potential students and early-career professionals preparing for the future of work. As a certified coach from NeuroLeadership institute with 200+ hour of freelance CXO coaching experience, and a certified Mental Health First Aider from MHFA, Australia, coachees are in capable hands with me.
